The program has a great impact and helps develop teachers’ view of the current reality, including technology that supports the educational system as a whole (teachers - administration - learning environment - learners... etc.). The program helped us to employ Technology in light of our availability and to the extent that it achieves the full benefit for all the students. The program added flexible ways for the teacher to carry out the educational process in various circumstances .
