Overview
School Transformation Journey (STJ) is a three-year, school-based reform program targeting the entire school team (teachers, counselors, and management) to ensure institutional development rather than individual development. The program aims to accelerate change by creating a common language and aligning the vision among school staff, transforming the school into a lifelong learning institution.

what we want to achieve
Qualifying teachers to be able to apply professional competencies (knowledge, skills, behavior) to suit the characteristics and needs of their students.
Qualifying Social and psychological workers to be able to carry out their roles (preventive, developmental, and therapeutic) in supporting students within the educational process.
Qualifying the school and educational leaders, including (school principals, mentors, training administration, educational departments) to be able to facilitate a supporting and motivating administrative climate for the school team in carrying out their roles.
Activate role of the professional development teams within each school capable of contributing to meeting the professional needs of the school team.
