“In School Transformation Journey Program “STJ”, the training that impacted me the most was the one on self-awareness and stages of development. Understanding the stages of development has helped me significantly in dealing with students, tailoring my approach to each child according to their age and ability to comprehend. From Educate Me, I learned how to formulate new goals with more advanced plans. My motivation to learn also increased, and I invested my free time in acquiring new skills through the Edraak platform, where I learned technological skills, computer basics, using Excel and Google tools, and the principles of digital transformation.I also learned how to align the school’s goals, ensuring all its elements work toward one clear objective: educating the students. As a result, I organized additional classes after school hours for students with low academic performance, free of charge. All the school’s teachers participated in these sessions with love and dedication, solely to achieve the agreed-upon goal.”
