These were the words expressed by teachers in Minya Governorate about the impact of the School Transformation Journey program on their personal and professional lives after attending the Conscious Leader training sessions. These sessions develop skills in problem-solving, creating development plans, and crisis management, as well as Roles and Significance training, which clarifies each individual’s role in their work and how to perform their role effectively and collaboratively. Additionally, the Self-Awareness training focuses on self-development, improving personal skills, stepping out of comfort zones, and managing emotions in different situations.
We are delighted to see this kind of change, as it represents a fundamental shift in personality, not just the development of some skills or actions, but a transformation in how individuals think about life. This can greatly reflect on how teachers interact with students and address challenges within the educational environment.
