TARL is a program that aims to provide the basic skills of literacy and numeracy for students in the late grades of the primary stage who have passed the early stages without acquiring these skills, and through a methodology based on dividing students according to their level (not according to age or grade), continuous assessment, focusing on basic skills and the use of interactive activities related to life applications. It is a program developed by the Indian Pratham Foundation and has been implemented for more than 20 years in India and many countries of the world in cooperation with various institutions, and it has proven its effectiveness and won many international awards.
