DONATION REFUND POLICY
All donations will reach the beneficiaries and will not be refunded unless the donor has donated by mistake or the donation was made in an incorrect amount. In this case, please contact the foundation in writing at info@educateme-foundation.org within one-week maximum from the date of the transaction. The Foundation will be studying the possibility of refunding the donation after verifying the identity of the donor. The refund shall be done through the channel that the foundation sees suitable (cash/bank transfer/check) within a period of thirty days from the date of providing the data requested by the foundation, excluding any expenses or fees deducted from the amount of the donation process, or required for the return process.
